Deep Tissue Massage uses slow, deliberate massage strokes and sustained pressure, adjusted to suit your comfort and preferences. The treatment focuses on areas of muscular tightness and may help ease tension, support comfortable movement and promote overall relaxation. We check in with you throughout the session, as deeper pressure should never mean having to endure unnecessary discomfort.
